Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with an ordered product/service, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery/pickup. Either send the return form no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of delivery/pickup or take the product to the store/call your service provider.   • the return shipping cost is fully borne by the customer

  • if the product/service is returned to the store or declined and the method of payment was bank transfer, the money is returned by bank transfer, and not in cash at the cashier

– the products you return or the services you decline must be in the same condition as you received them

  • products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, knocks, mechanical/electrical shocks, and products that are missing accessories are not accepted

  • the return is made in the original packaging, with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if it was issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all the documents with which the product was delivered

  • if the products to be returned or services provided were accompanied by any gifts, they must also be returned

– if you bought several products/services of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products/services is accepted only if they are sealed.
